Pavilion Seoul 2026: at KCS Space, Seoul

ISA Art Gallery is pleased to announce our inclusion in the inaugural edition of PAVILION Seoul. Our presentation brings together works from A. Sebastianus, Chintia Kirana, Jumaadi, and Sinta Tantra.

In PAVILION Seoul, ISA Art Gallery presents ‘Betwixt and Between’. The phrase betwixt and between describes a condition that deconstructs and unsettles the systems of classification through which we navigate and understand the world, creating spaces between presence and absence, past and present, tradition and contemporary practice, and surface and space. Framed through the concept of liminality, this exhibition considers how materials, images, and cultural knowledge can occupy these in-between states, carrying traces of what came before while continually transforming into something new.

The exhibition approaches transformation not as a movement away from the past, but as a way in which the past continues to register itself in the present.
