Rentang Hara: Indonesian Women Show Exhibition. WTC 3
Rentang Hara is an art exhibition that explores the multifaceted nature of femininity through the perspective of female artists. It examines how womanhood is expressed, perceived, and experienced, bridging societal and natural realms.
This annual showcase of women’s art also navigates the themes of national identity, heritage, and cultural narratives in Indonesia. Featuring works that blend traditional influences with contemporary practices, Rentang Hara stimulates a discussion about the evolving role of women in shaping Indonesia’s cultural landscape. The exhibition highlights how women’s artistic expressions reflect and influence both the environment and the nation’s cultural evolution.
The exhibition features distinctive works by six female artists—Anita Bonit, Arum Dayu, Evelyn Pritt, Farra Lie, Natasha Lubis, and Tennessa Querida. Each artist offers a unique perspective on the theme, contributing individual styles and imaginative visions.
