As the saying goes, the grass is greener on the other side. The painting shows a very cropped version of the dance performance archive where Luh'De only took the gamelan player. This cropped method to her acts as a certain scene that keeps replaying in her mind, placing emphasis on the very specific nature of remembering itself.
