ISA Art Gallery proudly presents: trio Exhibition by Dabi Arnasa, Sillyndris, and Zikry Rediansyah.

Existing only in the eye of the human beholder, constellations are merely scattered points of light in a dark expanse; the lines drawn between them were created out of necessity, especially in a world characterized by unpredictability. Patterns, stories, and maps that allowed for navigation emerged from these constellations to construct meaning not from grand master plans, but by recognizing connections between disparate, unexpected encounters. Framed through philosopher Walter Benjamin’s Arcades Project, where he writes, “Ideas are to objects as constellations are to stars,” concrete objects, materials, and memories do not sit in isolation, but coalesce into a constellation. However, this assemblage is never random; just as ancient navigators drew lines across the night sky out of sheer necessity to cross dark oceans and survive shifting seasons, the act of mapping connections becomes a vital tool for orientation and to navigate within the unpredictability of this world. For Zikry Rediansyah, Sillyndris, and Dabi Arnasa, making art becomes an urgent act of survival to navigate visual chaos, social precarity, or internal memory. In an unpredictable world, gathering these disparate fragments into a personal constellation is how they negotiate, structure, and chart their own realities
