This work stems from a reflection on the demands of contemporary life, where productivity is increasingly associated with being busy. We often feel that we must always have something to do, keep moving, and never waste time. In such a situation, moving slowly or having free time can feel like a failure. Through this work, I want to remind us that not everything in life needs to happen quickly. Every process has its own rhythm and timing. Growth, change, learning, and achievement all require different amounts of time. Something that appears to be standing still does not necessarily mean that nothing is happening. The phrase “Just Because It’s Taking Time Doesn’t Mean It’s Not Happening” serves as a reminder not to rush through the process. For me, enjoying the journey and allowing each process the space to develop is just as important as reaching the destination.
