Through motion blur on mixed media surfaces, gesture lingers as a trace, almost like an abstract and impression. A poetic residue shaped by movement, and the passing of time. What is revealed is not sound itself, but the afterimages of performing: an energy shared between bodies and instruments, between performer and spectator. This work seeks to hold the performer’s presence within space, suspending each gesture, breath, and vibration as a moment of time. The picture holds listening as a memory, forming a sensorial image shaped by past vibrations. Sound is absent, but its motion remains present within the mind.
