New life emerges from degraded surfaces, accompanied by heat-reactive ink that imparts an aged, time-worn appearance to the paper. Heat reveals forms that were previously hidden, bringing about a visual transformation in the material.

Through screen printing with heat-reactive ink, the work illustrates that materials are not static. Deterioration can serve as a catalyst for growth. It is not an end, but rather a component of the change and development that shape a miniature ecosystem."
