The central figures, plots and historical settings of the divine religion (Judaism, Christianity, Islam-Biblical Stories) since the 14th century in the West, which are represented in paintings, always depict white characters in the context of "Western" life/world. Eden is a main topic that explains human existence on earth. In my painting, I depict the first human on earth with black skin complete with a perception of a "garden" filled with tropical plants. My painting is another offer to read one of the meta narratives that has been (as if) been the privilege of a certain group.Exhibitions
